Head of the School of Contemporary Art Free Workshops, curator and designer. She graduated from the Faculty of Art and Graphics of the Moscow State Pedagogical University in 1992. Since 1993, she has been cooperating with the School of Contemporary Art. Since 2001, she has been curating exhibitions of young artists in the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. In 2005, she became a head of the Debut program, exhibiting young authors in the museum. During the years of curatorial activities, she has realized more than 50 different exhibition projects, including small solo exhibitions and large international projects. In 2008 and 2010, she was a member of the team of curators of the I and II Moscow International Biennale for Young Art. At present, she is a head of the youth program of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.

The course in art project of the MMOMA School of Contemporary Art provides individual or group tutorials with young artists, students of the School, to analyze projects in details, to find the most suitable forms of their realization. During a face-to-face dialogue or even dispute, students find out strong aspects of the projects or their defects. Such communication helps young artists to look at their works from outside, to assess their strengths and weaknesses, to find an optimal form, and sometimes to change the direction of their activities, noticing something new in their own works. The communication with a proficient curator provides an important experience in the early career. It will help to avoid common mistakes in presentation and discussion of the project.

The tutorials are held by appointments for students of all courses and the School’s leavers.
